← Everything it does

Daily Check-ins

How it works

Step one: a message after school listing what is scheduled tonight, and asking whether anything new has come up. Volleyball gets added and scheduled for thirty minutes.
Step two: the updated plan — bio assignment due tomorrow, a two-step equations lesson, and the volleyball you added. Seventy minutes, with practice swapped for a lesson because the profile asked for it.
Step three: an end-of-evening summary of what got done, and a reminder about tomorrow's appointment.

Traditional process

  1. Get home and decide the evening as you go
  2. Start with whatever feels easiest
  3. Notice on Thursday that it was due Friday

Our process

  1. A message after school with tonight already laid out
  2. Say what has changed and how long you actually have
  3. See what you got done before the night ends

What arrives

Just a daily reminder of what’s scheduled, and a check on what needs to be added.

Why it works

Organization alleviates stress and frees up your brain to focus on the work instead of worrying about what you might have forgotten.
